We’re in search of curious, motivated, and ambitious people who want to be part of a committed team in a fast-paced, hands-on start-up.

We're looking for our next hire in the Product Design team - to lead the design strategy, champion a growth mindset, foster data-driven decision making, & lead insight generation.

You will work closely with engineering and sales teams, turning ideas and wireframes into awesome user interfaces ranging from landing pages, applications, and mobile sites. You will communicate with front-end and app developers and will be responsible for proper visual execution of ideas, improving your designs based on data and user feedback.

What to expect

• Building business and customer-facing products in a meaningful and delightful way
• Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate your interaction ideas
• Presenting and defending your design decisions and stick to well-known design guidelines while designing interfaces
• Dive deep into data and understand user patterns, behaviours and bring out appropriate solutions for the product

You are:

• Experienced in UI/UX and product design- working with product-led startups will be a big advantage
• Curious about user interaction and behaviour
• Comfortable working with some ambiguity and able to self-direct your work
• Passionate to ship products and solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of HTML5 & CSS is an added bonus
