We’re looking for a young financial associate wanting to apply their skills and experience taking OnMyGrad to a regional scale, at rocket speed.

At OnMyGrad, we’re constantly adding new features to our platform to enable deeper and more interactive campus recruitment for both employers and young talents. This role is ideal for someone who wants to leverage their experience to build from a beginning stage.

What to expect

• Reporting directly to the CEO on budgeting, internal controls, and other financial and operational-related projects
• Managing operations budget, P&L, and preparing financial reports
• Executing internal control policies to ensure all business units are complying with company & statutory regulations and investors’ expectations
• Taking lead in simplifying internal company workflow and process improvement to achieve operations excellence
• Being responsible for the implementation and clearance of audit / due diligence issues & recommendations, both internal and external.
• Preparing monthly payroll payments in time; Veting, reviewing and ensuring all other payments (cash, transfers etc ) are duly supported
• Managing and performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor

You:

• are with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field from a recognized institution plus 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience with the finance/accounting and administration functions of local and/or regional organizations
• are able to multi-task and achieve multiple priorities, including planning, organizing, prioritizing, and paying close attention to details.
• are proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Programs, particularly Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoints and Word
• are with strong business planning skills, analytical skills, presentation skills, and management skills
• Comfortable working with some ambiguity and able to self-direct your work
